two-nrs-cuts

Date: 2026-09-12. Status: implemented.

Decision. The SSPL and the SPD pinned together need not be the same PAF cut; each table records its own release label. Cross-table differences in postcode presence, introduction date, live status and user type are reported as observations. A pin is chosen by hand for each product.

Reason. The products may be refreshed independently, but there is no need to retain an older SSPL when the intended newer release is available. The current pins are both 2026/2. Matching release labels still do not establish the cause of each geography difference.
