percentile-omitted

Date: 2026-09-10. Status: implemented.

Decision. No percentile column in any edition.

Reason. No source publishes a stable percentile for 2001 data zones. The shapefile tables carry one, but it follows neither band rule and differs between editions. Filling two editions and leaving four null would invite misuse.

Evidence. SIMD_Source_API_Options.md.
