Date: 2026-09-11. Status: implemented.

Decision. The pipeline ships as a Docker image built on python:3.12-slim pinned by digest, with no data, results or instance baked in; those are mounted from the host.

Reason. A clean-machine reproduction on demand, and one artefact HIC can run without assembling a Python environment. Where the image is published is still to be decided.
